Xenos Core Classes:
INTRODUCTION TO THE BIBLE
a 5-week class with Mark Bair
Whether you’re discovering the Bible for the first time, or eager to rekindle your passion for Scripture, this course will help you understand, enjoy and obey God’s Word in ways that draw you near to Christ and transform your life.

CHRISTIAN GROWTH
a 10-week class
God wants to transform your character and help you learn how to love others as He has loved you. This course will show you how God is at work in your life to guide and empower you through the growth process. Learn to see yourself and others through God’s eyes and explore how deep-seated change occurs.

CHRISTIAN MINISTRY 1
a 10-week class with Jenny Hale
This course is broken into two shorter modules covering Theology, Soteriology, Satanology & Eschatology.
Prerequisites: Students must have successfully completed Intro to the Bible and Christian Growth.

CHRISTIAN MINISTRY 3
a 9-week class
This course used to be divided into two modules, but is now a single 9-week class. Students will explore how the biblical mandate to love is worked out in a variety of practical areas in the Christian life: loving people around the world, loving the poor, loving people inside and outside the church, expressing love through financial generosity and prioritizing love in our decision making.
Prerequisites: Students must have successfully completed Intro to the Bible and Christian Growth.

LEADERSHIP TRAINING CLASS UNIT 5: (for College ministry members only)
a 10-week class
In this quarter of LTC, we are going to be studying three aspects of ministry: apologetics, teaching through discussion, and biblical counseling. This should be an excellent quarter for those who are looking to learn how to defend their faith, teaching a homechurch, or serving others through counseling.
Tuition is $25
If you would like to be registered for LTC, ask your Homechurch or Sphere leader about being assigned to a class. Current class sections taught by Dennis McCallum, Scott Risley, Conrad Hilario, Ryan Weingartner, James Rochford, and Lesley Hetrick.
Xenos Elective Classes:
GRIEFSHARE
a 9 week seminar series
GriefShare is a special seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. Each session, led by John Montgomery, includes a video seminar and group discussion. The videos feature top experts on grief recovery, dramatic reenactments about living with grief and real-life stories of people who have experienced losses. During the small group discussion time, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with others who have experienced a recent loss, learn about their experiences, and share your own.

INITIATING SPIRITUAL CONVERSATIONS 
a one day workshop with Jeff Wilcox
Are you nervous about sharing your faith? Or have you been doing it for some time but would like to become more effective? Either way, this workshop will give you some creative ways to start spiritual conversations without being pushy, weird or “religious.” You’ll learn effective ways of sharing your faith that won’t offend or turn people off.

SEXUAL INTEGRITY FOR MEN 
a 5-week class with Brian Gardner
Are you struggling with sexual sin, lust, and pornography? This class, based on the book, Porn Free: Finding Renewal through Truth and Community, will show you how the grace of God, the power of the Word, and building accountability in relationships can set you free from bondage. You'll learn how the gospel affects our sexuality and releases us from the power of sexual sin. You'll also experience the release of grace in discussion groups, where you can walk in the light with other brothers who are seeking to grow in this area.
Students will need to obtain a copy of the book Porn Free: Finding Renewal through Truth and Community which can be purchased in the Study Center bookstore or 4th St Coffee bar.

BEING A LIGHT IN THE WORKPLACE 
a 4-week class with Adam Spitznagle
Do you find it difficult to talk with your coworkers about your faith? This course is designed to help Christians invest in their co-workers and effectively share the gospel with them. Emphasis will be on deepening our understanding of the gospel, overcoming barriers to spiritual conversations, and making the gospel more attractive. Students will also learn how transformed character and improved work habits can open doors for the gospel.

INTRODUCTION TO MISSIONS 
a 5-week class with Holly McCallum and Tracy Glover
Our God is a missionary God and calls His followers to have His heart for the world. This 5-week class examines myths about missions, the Biblical basis for missions, the implications of our theology, who and where are the unreached, as well as Xenos’ unique contribution to the world. This course will expand your veiw of God, challenge your worldview, and inspire you to find your role in the Great Commision.

LEADERS AT HOME 
a 5-week class with Matt Boone
This 5-week class for men explores significant leadership principles in marriage. Learn about leading at home during times of chaos, working through conflicts towards reconciliation, and serving your wife from a position of strength and confidence in Christ. Discover common barriers that prevent men from leading at home.
Prerequisites: prefer that students have completed Christian Growth.

LET THERE BE SEX- GOD’S DESIGN FOR MARRIAGE 
a 3-week class with Lee Campbell and Bev DeLashmutt
This three session class is for married couples only. We will review and distill key biblical texts into a balanced theology of sex. We will discuss the rich relational context for biblical sexuality and provide advice about how to keep growing in this important area. Whether your sex life is satisfying or strained, you will discover lots of helpful perspectives and guidance from this course.

Teachers' Assistants:
Each class needs one or more TAs to assist with the class. TA tasks include attending every class, arriving 30 minutes early, taking attendance, collecting class tuition and collecting homework. In return, class tuition is waived for anyone serving as the TA. If you are interested in serving as the TA for your class, check the box in the registration form when you sign up. If the TA position for your class is still open, the class registrar will contact you to provide further details and to confirm if you will be the TA.
